Try this Green Goddess salad dressing🌱
2 tbsps fresh lemon juice, plus 1 tsp zest
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp capers
1 cup Greek yogurt or non-dairy alternative
1/2 avocado
1 cup fresh parsley
handful of other fresh herbs e.g. dill, mint
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper, freshly ground
1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Zivolife
